I'm a LIYF’s purpose is to awaken the wild, intuitive, and ancient wisdom that lives within every woman, guiding her to move in harmony with her own rhythms, reconnect with nature, and embody a life that feels true, soulful, and free.. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.
What is LIYF
LIYF—Living In Your Flow—is a practice and way of being that helps you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and the natural rhythms of life.
It’s about slowing down, listening deeply, and moving through the world with presence, ease, and authenticity.
Through embodied movement, mindful practices, and creative exploration, LIYF invites you to honour your own cycles, awaken your senses, and embrace the pleasure of simply being.
It’s for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, empowered, and in tune with themselves and the world around them—a space to move, reflect, and flourish at your own pace.
LIYF – Living In Your Flow is dedicated to empowering women through embodied living. We facilitate workshops, circles, and retreats that foster reconnection with the body, natural rhythms, and inner wisdom, integrating practices like somatic movement, breath work, and creative expression for personal growth.
Who We Are
Ashari
Throughout this human experience, I have journeyed as a child, dancer, actor, teacher, and mother, moving in and out of connection with my body. I have learnt that when I feel into my body and create space to listen deeply, I move closer to the most authentic version of myself. This heightened awareness of my inner wisdom and intuition strengthens my connection with others and the world around me, making the flow of life feel easy and filled with passion, purpose, and desire.
Yoga and movement have been integral parts of my life for as long as I can remember. The practice of yoga has provided me with a framework and a set of tools to maintain a connection with my body. These tools help me cultivate inner stillness and explore the art of simply being—being without judgement or expectation, and still feeling worthy.
My passions have led me to complete a Bachelor in Performing Arts, a Diploma of Education, and my Yoga Teacher Training, along with many other courses. I am honoured to have started my yoga teacher training journey (RYS 200hr) with Idit Tamir at Sukha Mukha in Bronte in 2014. Idit has inspired me in countless ways as a teacher and friend, and I am truly grateful for the loving wisdom she has shared with me, as I am with all the teachers who have woven in and out of my life.
I have taught and held space in many locations, from Sydney to Forster, over my years of teaching and learning, and I look forward to continuing this journey. My desire to experience the most authentic version of this life, understanding our place and connection to each other and the earth, and uncover the essence and art of being has led me to many healers who remain dear friends and constant treasures or tools I connect with to keep me learning, uncovering, and yielding to this life experience with as much love and acceptance as possible.
